Step into Christmas magic at Santa’s Grotto at The Harvey Centre!

The magic of Christmas is coming to The Harvey Centre this November, and everyone is invited to join in the festive fun!

From Wednesday, 13th November, Santa’s Grotto will open its doors to children, families, and even furry friends, right up until Christmas Eve.

The Grotto will be open seven days a week until 24th December, offering magical moments for little ones and big kids alike. A visit to Santa, including a special gift, costs just £8. Photos and festive merchandise will also be available to purchase separately.

Grotto Opening Times:

• Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm (closed 1–2 pm for Santa’s lunch)
• Sunday: 11 am – 4 pm (20-minute break at 1pm)
• Christmas Eve: 10 am – 3 pm

No booking required.

If that’s not enough, every Tuesday and Wednesday, guests are invited to bring their four-legged friends to meet Santa, too! Pups will be treated to a festive snack and have their photo taken with the big man himself.

Make sure to stop by the Festive Makers Market, featuring local artisans and makers, to find the perfect handcrafted gifts for your loved ones. The market is the ideal place to pick up unique presents, seasonal treats, and beautiful decorations – just in time for the holidays. The Makers Market will be open between 11am-4pm on the following dates:

• Saturday 6th December – Comedy Elves (intervals between 11am–3pm)
• Saturday 13th December – Festive Singers (30-minute performances at 12, 12:45, 1:30, 2:15)
• Saturday 20th December – The Mean Green One Returns! (intervals between 12pm–3pm)
